In addition to Weir Type Diaphragm Valves, Geordi also offers a Full Flow option with all the same hygienic and sanitary virtues of the weir type, but allowing unrestricted full flow at full opening. The Geordi Full Flow Diaphragm valve has found popularity within the Food and Wine industries, but have also been utilized in the Pharmaceutical industry for hygienic applications. This valve is particularly useful for applications that transfer fluids containing sizable solid strands or particulates that have a tendency to conglomerate around valve stems leading to blockages. The only materials exposed to the product is the stainless steel body & the EPDM diaphragm, thereby considerably reducing possible fluid handling complications or hazards. Sizes range from 25mm port (1 inch) to 101.6mm port (4 inch) and finishes range from industrial standard to full internal polish.
